This weekend has been amazing. Setting up my new website and reviewing all of the work I've done over the last 10 years has been wonderful. It's exciting to be actively pursuing the dreams that have been with me for so long. Originally my work was only shared with those very close to me, then over time I took steps to join some online art communities and began sharing it with a wide range of artists internationally. Now I'm taking steps to share my art with those in the community I live in. I'm also beginning to make progress in other creative directions.

Years ago I wrote in a journal and said that the journey we are on, is only limited by our own imagination. Today I am beginning to open up to all the places and opportunities it may take me. This blog will be a place that I share some of this journey with you.

For now I've only created two categories, however that will change as things develop. Right now when I add an image to a blog entry, you will find that it links to the larger image in my gallery. From the gallery you can use your back button to come back to the page you started with. I have some work to do on the gallery to add in the various pages of my website so it is easier to move from page to page.

One of the two categories I've added are "Competitions" this is where I will showcase and talk about artwork that I have submitted for various competitions and if I placed in them. The other is simply called 4Ever Hopeful.... which is what I am about moving towards my creative dreams...
